Of course we do our utmost to get the products delivered to you next working day, in any case you can assume your order will be shipped at the latest within 5 working days, in the unlikely event that we cannot deliver, we will notify you via our website (for example holidays) or, in exceptional cases, contact you personally.
Furthermore, we ship all orders from 150 euros free of charge, this however only applies to domestic deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE: Since we cannot offer identical alternatives for our products in the event of loss or damage during transport, we have chosen to send all our shipments registered, which means our shipping costs are higher than average, but this gives you maximum security of receipt of your package.
We care about our products and do our utmost during our whole process from purchasing to production to supply to you with the best possible quality products, in the unexpected case a product is damaged or does not meet your expectations then you can assume the following:
– Did you receive a damaged or incorrectly working product?
Please report this to us via our contact page, we would be happy if you do this as soon as possible after receipt so that we can offer a solution for you. The return costs are of course at our expense, please be so kind to return the product in the original packaging to us.
You may also choose to have your full purchase amount refunded or receive a voucher for the same value (free to spend in our store) or you can choose to have an equivalent* product delivered worth the same value.
* unfortunately we cannot offer you identical replacement products as each of our products have undergone a unique process.
– Is your product broken through no fault of your own or does it no longer work properly during (normal) use?
If this happens within 3 months after your purchase, we will try to repair it for you as soon as possible or, if not possible, replace it for an equivalent product / refund the original purchase amount to you, the possible shipping costs for return are for our account.
PLEASE NOTE: It’s important you haven’t made any repairs to the product yourself and / or have this done by third parties, it’s also important that you have not exposed the product to abnormal conditions of use and that you followed our instructions for use and care (as provided with the product / see also at “What we do”).
If in any unforeseen case you are not satisfied with your online purchased product(s), you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, please report this to us in advance via our general contact details. You can also use the standard model form for returns, to be found in our terms and conditions; Please make sure that the product is returned unused and in its original packaging.
We will then refund the purchase amount to your account number known to us within 14 days after receipt of the product.
PLEASE NOTE: The costs and risk of your return shipment are for your own account, we strongly recommend you to choose registered shipping here as well.
There is no grace period on all purchases made in our physical store, but you’re of course always entitled to our warranty conditions.
